The City Select 2 Stroller Eco Collection is a versatile stroller that can transform from a single stroller to a double stroller with the addition of an additional seat or glider board (sold separately). It can also be configured into a triple travel system by adding a bench seat or infant car seat. It comes with 24 options in total and is the highest-rated stroller. The model is made of Baby Jogger's comfortable, breathable TENCEL fabrics that help with thermal regulation and are sustainable sources. It includes a leatherette handlebar, bumper bar and belly bar. It folds 20 percent smaller than the leading single-to-double stroller, the UPPAbaby Vista V2 and is also lighter.

It comes with a sunshade of medium size and a handy magnetic peek-a-boo window that is easy to open and close. The telescoping handlebar is among of the easiest to adjust and works for parents of all heights. The seats recline, and there is a footwell adjuster button to help you place your child in the most comfortable position. The storage bin has plenty of space, but we would have liked a more secure latch. It's easy to access but we found the zippers to be somewhat frustrating as they need to be completely undone and refastened every time you use it.

The City Select, like its siblings, has single-action breaks that are easy to set up and release by pulling a lever located on the frame side, lower than the handlebar. It is suitable for sandals and barefoot and a step up from the clunky brake levers other brands use.

This is the only stroller we tested that can take two infant seats. It's a great option for parents who have twins or an infant on the way. It can be used to fit most infant car seats made by major brands by using an adapter. We tested it with Britax/BOB Chicco KeyFit 30 and Graco Click Connect models and also the Cybex Aton, Aton Q and Nuna Pipa.

The City Select is not compatible with the UPPAbaby Vista V2. The City Select is an excellent option for families that already own a car seat, but need a stroller that can accommodate it. However, you might be better served with another convertible stroller in this case.
